Your own booking system · UK holiday lets

Stop paying rent
on your own
bookings.

Guest books on your calendar pays you direct you keep the margin and the guest list.

One build fee. No subscription. Run it all from your phone.

Built for UK self-catering owners · 1–10 properties

A property doing £20k/year on Airbnb at 15% loses £3,000+ in commission alone. Ownlet pays for itself in under 6 months.

The subscription model
is working — for them.

Every month you pay a platform, you're funding their product. Here's what that costs you.

02

Fees on every booking

OTAs take 3–20% per booking. On £20k revenue that's up to £4,000 gone before you touch a penny.

03

Your guests, their data

Airbnb owns the relationship. You can't email your own guests, build loyalty, or remarket to people who stayed before.

04

Admin built for desks

WordPress dashboards and desktop-first plugins weren't designed for managing a property from your phone on a Saturday.

05

Monthly fees forever

Lodgify, Beds24, Hostaway — £20 to £200 every month, on top of OTA commissions, indefinitely.

Built for you. Handed over. Done.

1

We build your system

Custom booking site, admin panel, and Stripe payments — built to your properties, not a template. Handed over in 2–4 weeks.

2

You own everything

The code, the data, the domain. No vendor lock-in, no login credentials held by a third party. It's yours.

3

Guests book direct

Share your link. Guests pick dates, pay securely, get instant confirmation. You keep the full amount minus Stripe's 1.4%.

The Build & Ownership Pipeline

From first conversation to a system you fully own

Five steps, no jargon — here's what actually happens along the way.

1
Step 01

Getting to know your property

We talk through your properties, your prices, and how you want it to look and feel.

Your properties, prices, brand
2
Step 02

We build it

Your booking site for guests, and an app for you to manage it from your phone — both in your brand.

3
Step 03

The Booking Engine & App Flow

What happens when a guest books a stay

From picking dates to the confirmation email — all automatic, all yours to see.

1
Step 01

Guest picks their dates

They choose dates on your site and fill in a few details — takes under a minute.

2
Step 02

They pay securely

Card details are handled safely, and the money's in your account before they've packed.

3
Step 03

Your calendar updates itself

Those dates are blocked everywhere else you list — Airbnb, Booking.com, the lot. No double bookings.

4
Step 04

You keep their details

Their name and email are saved for you, so you can invite them back — no platform standing in the way.

5
Step 05

Instant confirmation

Your guest gets an email straight away, and it shows up in your dashboard immediately.

Where the money and
the data actually live.

The questions a cautious partner asks before sign-off, answered straight.

Payments

Card details never touch Ownlet. Payment runs end to end through Stripe, the same processor trusted by millions of businesses. Card numbers go straight from your guest to Stripe. Neither we nor your site ever see them.

Your data

Bookings live on Google's infrastructure. Guest details sit in Firebase, Google's cloud platform: encrypted in transit and at rest, in the same data centres that run Gmail. Not on a startup's server under someone's desk.

Walking away

You can take everything with you. The guest list, the booking history, the code itself. It all lives in accounts you control, and it exports whenever you want. If you ever leave us, you leave with the lot.

Tell us about
